Yes you may: When booking a lesson you will be getting a confirmation letter and on that email you can cancel, reschedule and add notes.  

Students are only allowed during IN-CAR lessons for insurance and liability reasons. Therefore all IN-CAR lessons are One-On-One. If a translator is needed he/she must be accepted by our DPA, drivers program. 

Yes the online must be completed whiten 90 days of start of program. On road lessons are for a duration of 12 months from date of registration.  

Upon successful completion 80% or better of the 15 Hrs online and 75% or better in-vehicle. The insurance reduction certificate will be mailed to your registered address within 4 weeks from the date of IN-CAR and ON-LINE/IN-CLASS course completion (Training hours and performance must meet standards for certificate eligibility).

It varies, some individuals learn faster and some may take a while. but on average, students with some previous experience are seen doing well with 10 hours of professional practice. Some research has found that the average new driver needs approximately 10-20 hours of practice time in addition to the 10 hours of the basic professional driving course. Therefore, PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!

 No, our lessons are private, one on one. All our instructors go through background checks every 2 years through Calgary police Investigation and proof is in every cars.
